Shipping & ReturnsWe currently ship to the UK and Europe. If you are based in a country that we do not ship to please email us and we as we maybe able to refer you to a company that does. >> We ship all orders within 48 hours most of the time your order will be shipped on the day the order was placed. >> We do offer pre-order items. When order a pre-order item any other items ordered will not be dispatched until the pre-order item arrives in stock. >> We do not accept returns on opened products or incorrect colour choices >> If you receive a product which is damaged we will replace it for the same item only. >> When replacing a damaged item we will not charge you again for delivery. >> If your local delivery company is not able to deliver your item and has to return it to us you will be charged for us to re-post your item.
